The Views Event Center accommodates 250 guests with 3,400 SF of indoor space including dining, bridal suite, grooms cabin, catering kitchen and restrooms, plus 1,600 SF on the covered patio.
The venue is heated and cooled for four-season comfort.
The Views Event Center has indoor restroom facilities for men and women.
Rental times are 9am to 1am. This includes vendor load-in, event time and clean-up time.

Custom-crafted wooden, mobile bar.
Table linens (choice of black or ivory).
Set-up and break-down of venue provided tables, chairs and table linens is included in rental cost.
Set-up and tear-down of additional decor is the responsibility of the renter.
Vendors – renters are free to use their own outside vendors with NO ADDITONAL FEES.
Venue has full generator back-up (just in case), so you can keep the party going, no matter the weather.
Hold a date – Soli-Tree will hold a date for five days from the initial inquiry. In order to lock-in the date, you will need to sign and return a contract with a 60% deposit as well as $500 damage deposit. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to event date. Damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the event.
